REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it, you will need to send proof in photo and video.
It must also be in its original packaging. The return of certain types of goods is not permitted.
Therefore, perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items not permitted for return: *Gift cards *Downloadable software *Certain health and personal care products To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, photo and video of the defective product mandatory. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Books with obvious signs of use CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is malfunctioning or damaged and is reported more than 15 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Once your claim is filed with photo and video proof, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund that will be eligible or not. (We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied). If approved, your refund will then be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days. Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is issued.
